30-35 minutes- Of more experiential work including a guided meditation and parts-mapping with live customized coaching. (Each participant who wants to will have at least one opportunity to go deeper with one of their parts with the support of 1:1 coaching in the group setting)
10-15 minutes- Q&A and debrief.
Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings. Practice speaking for your parts. Limit your sharing when it makes sense so that all participants have an opportunity to share.
Be aware of cross talk. Each person is free to express their feelings and to speak for their parts without interruption.
Remember that we are here to support one another, not "fix" one another.
Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
